GBNS is a registered non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organization established to foster women empowerment, social equality, humanitarian relief, healthcare awareness, blood donation camps, education support, and environmental preservation in Odisha and across India.

All activities conducted under the banner of GBNS are purely non-commercial, charitable, and public-spirited in nature.

All donations made via UPI, QR code, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or cash are purely voluntary gifts made without any expectation of commercial returns:

• Utilization: Funds are channeled directly toward social welfare activities (women skill development, emergency relief, poor feeding, medical aid, education kits).
• Receipts & Acknowledgments: Official digital acknowledgments are issued upon verification of the transaction reference / UTR number or payment screenshot.
• Refund Policy: As contributions are directly deployed into active humanitarian drives, donations are generally non-refundable. In cases of accidental duplicate transactions or technical banking errors, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days with relevant bank proof to info@garibabandhu.org.

5. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

All logos, branding emblems, photos, videos, reports, and editorial text published on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Garibabandhu Nari Shakti Rashtrapremi Swechhasebi Sangha unless otherwise credited.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution of organization media for commercial gain or deceptive representation is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the General Secretary.

When using this website, users and members agree NOT to:

• Upload fraudulent payment screenshots, fake UTR numbers, or impersonate another individual.
